The Fifth Floor Restaurant Harvey Nichols is a modern and flexible dining option in the heart Knightsbridge. Since its opening in 1996, the restaurant has been a popular choice on London's dining scene. The restaurant is a favorite among fashionistas as well as foodies for its innovative menus and large wine selection. After three years working with Harvey Nichols, Jonas Karlsson, a Swedish-born executive chef, took over in March 2007. Jonas was previously employed at Harvey Nichols with Chris Galvin, Andre Garrett and for two-and-a half years at Orrery. He also worked with Michael Weiss at Coq d'Argent. The Fifth Floor Restaurant's daily changing menu is inspired and informed by seasonality. It features fresh, flavourful ingredients that have been handpicked from the adjacent Foodmarket. More than 300 wines are carefully chosen from around the world, and many of them are available by the glass.
