Tom's by Tom Aikens is a renowned chef from the UK and offers a high-end dining experience for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Aikens, a 26-year-old restauranteur, author, and media personality, personally creates the menus. The restaurant features leather-upholstered seating, exquisite flooring, elegant chandeliers, and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer spectacular views of Jakarta's bustling business district and lights. Tom's European Classic Menu is defined by seasonal changes. Local and seasonal produce are carefully selected suppliers to ensure that only the finest ingredients make it onto diners' plates. Tom's is all about flavours. They use the best meats from around the globe, either imported or dried aged to perfection in house. Seasonal seafood and poultry are also prepared and cooked "on-the-bone". You can see the Marrone team at work from six different cooking stations.
