Camelia was named in honor of the camellias, whose scent fills this garden on a summer day. It is an area of light and space that serves as an extension of the indoor landscaped garden. The stone floor slowly gives way to wood as we approach the courtyard. The menu reflects Thierry Marx's desire for simple, instinctive dishes that reflect the times. It also includes Japanese culinary traditions and individual ingredients. Calamari Risoni with squid ing ginger and lemongrass oil; Beef Charolais filet and mozzarella di buffala; radicchio; crab, Daikon wrap and shrimp; and Green Tea Gelee. Thierry Marx created a simple menu called "Daily Marx" that is available for lunch on weekdays between 12.30 and 2.30pm.
